With over 25 years of experience in the health sector operationally and strategically, , I’ve dedicated my career to driving meaningful change.
My journey in the healthcare industry began as an overseas mental health nurse in both the private and NHS sectors. With a solid foundation in psychology, business, and equality my expertise encompasses supporting organisations with a psychological lens helping align personal, interpersonal, and organisational dynamics to achieve strategic goals. My academic grounding in psychology, business, and equality has shaped a unique approach to leadership—one that blends strategic insight with a deep commitment to inclusion and cultural transformation. I work with organisations to better the lives of staff, bring strategic alignment with their values to add value and to help people innovate.
I collaborate with senior operational leaders to support teams, helping ensure that resources are used wisely—minimising risk, avoiding unnecessary costs, and preventing operational missteps. At the heart of my work is a drive to create systems that not only function well but also support a thriving, satisfied workforce. As an academic supervisor at Henley Business School, I contribute to the strategic leadership via academic programmes. I’ve recently partnered with chief regional midwives across England to lead culture change initiatives supporting over 185 midwives at all levels. My work is grounded in the belief that inclusive leadership and strategic thinking are key to transformative change. I’m passionate about the power of diversity to spark innovation and drive excellence.
My portfolio spans strategy, equality, talent development, and inclusive leadership. I have a particular interest in addressing discrimination, whether structural, institutional, or interpersonal.
